The Shea Butter in our products come from a Ghanian women’s cooperative. The business give these women increased confidence and a stable income. And with that comes better living conditions.

The process starts with the women collecting the nuts, sorting and finally washing them. It is important to throw away bad nuts to ensure a butter of the finest quality. The knowledge has been passed on for generations. After processing the nuts according to traditional methods, you get a nutritious and moisturizing butter with high levels of fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants.
The antioxidants may help protect the body’s cells from free radicals.
Shea Butter may also help protect against UV-rays from the sun. Natural vitamins A and E are known to have an anti-aging effect on the skin. The production of collagen is stimulated, the skin is well nourished and moisturized to prevent fine lines and wrinkles.
Shea butter is quickly absorbed into the skin and very beneficial for dry skin. Also good for the pregnant belly and also on children’s sensitive skin.
