As a child, she cultivated sage, rosemary, and marigold in her own herb garden to dry and make tea. As an adult studying Chinese medicine, her fascination with the beneficial power of herbs continued, addressing everything from digestion to hormones.

How to brew Mette’s herbal tea:

• Use fresh water from a cold tap.
• Boil up to approximately 90–100°C. (For herbal healing effects, use 70°C hot water.)
• In a teapot: brew the tea for 10–20 minutes. / In a cup: let the herbal tea steep for 5–8 minutes.
• Enjoy!
• Recommended dosage: 1–3 cups per day. (Not suitable for children or pregnant women.)

Mette’s tips!

• Herbal tea is preferably brewed in a teapot. In a pot, the herbs have plenty of room to swell, providing a richer flavor!
• Add a slice of lemon or a little honey to enhance the taste.
• The tea can be brewed again up to 3 times.
