M Picaut Face and Body Cups contains four cups in different sizes, specially designed for use on both the face and body. They are ideal for relieving muscle tension, lifting the connective tissue, reducing the appearance of wrinkles, and increasing blood circulation in the skin. The cups are made from 100% BPA-free silicone.
Benefits of cupping:
- Leaves the skin looking rosy, smooth, and refreshed.
- Provides a gentle lifting effect to the face.
- Works on fine lines and helps reduce under-eye bags.
- Relieves deep-seated muscle tension.
- Improves lymphatic and blood circulation.
- Helps speed up recovery after exercise.
- Can help relieve stiffness and discomfort in muscles and joints.
How to use:
FACE
Apply a few drops of M Picaut Precious Oil or Gold Magician Firming Oil. Place the cups against the skin and gently squeeze them to create suction. (You should feel a gentle pressure on the skin, but it should not be uncomfortable. If it hurts, release some of the suction.)
Massage gently from the centre of the face outwards for approximately 5–10 minutes.
For the first week, use the cups morning and evening.
After that, maintain your beauty routine by using them 1–2 times a week.
BODY
Make sure the skin is well oiled. A great option is our own favourite, M Picaut Goodness Glow All Over Dry Oil.
Place the cups against the skin and squeeze them with your fingers to create suction. If you use the cups locally on specific areas of the body, do not leave them in the same spot for more than 15–20 minutes at a time.
When using the cups for massage, use large, sweeping movements and focus a little extra on areas where you feel tension.
Use the cups once or twice a day during the first few weeks. After that, use them once or twice a week.
Please note: Always wash the cups with soap and lukewarm water after each treatment.
